As the home appliances industry has grown, defrost cooling systems have been replaced by no-frost cooling systems and this has led to the manufacturing of no-frost evaporators by GarmaGostar. GarmaGostar is proud to be a pioneer producer of no-frost evaporators by using up-to-date and the most advanced production and testing machinery in Iran.
GarmaGostar has achieved the maximum efficiency in evaporators by utilizing 0.7mm thick aluminum pipes and fin sheets of 140 μm and 150 μm with modern machinery.
The Evaporator department of GarmaGostar has managed to produce efficienct and low-cost evaporators using automatic bending machines (CNC), Hi-Speed fin press machines and a semi-automatic assembly.
GarmaGostar’s evaporators are tested by helium leak detector machines with an accuracy of e × 10 -7 which is equivalent to 0.5g per year in R-600a gas test.
GarmaGostar has two methods for producing evaporator connectors:
Depending on the customer needs, GarmaGostar produces, assembles and sends a complete package of evaporators with accumulator, element, suction tube, thermal fuse and thermal disk which is ready to install on the customer’s product.
Since household refrigerators are produced in different sizes, it is necessary to use an appropriate evaporator in order to achieve maximum efficiency. Therefore, GarmaGostar produces a variety of evaporators based on customer demands. Various dimensions of GarmaGostar’s evaporators are as follows:
